Panel 1: Acula throws up
Panel 2, 3, 4: Acula goes the scientific route and assumes that she should eat local vegetation instead, if she's been infected. But it's also making her sick.
Panel 5, 6, 7: Dr. Acula and Mina try to figure out what to do. If the infection makes the host similar to the local organisms that all share the same species make up and they feed off of each other, that makes them realize something.
Panel 8: They turn to each other, Mina excited and Acula terrified, that Acula needs to feed off of a human like her (Mina).
